cooper tyres on Patrol

I am currently running 35 inch cooper tyres on my GU patrol and have had problems in the past with tyres getting out of balance because of the size.
I am planning an trip around Australia at the end of the year and would like to know if it is recommended to get smaller tyres or not?
Has anyone had any problems with running 35's on a GU patrol?

I used to run 295's on
mine which is very similar and I never had any problems. You might have problem with a steering component somewhere
