Hi all
When I build a route on ozi I can only get 30 wpts on that route, so if I want to build a route with say 150 wpts in it I have to have 5 routes. All these routes have the wpts shown along the route path and it get a bit cluttered. I can't seen to be able to clear the wpts from the route path.
My aim is to build a simple coloured path to be reasonably accurate to highlight over a track without the clutter of wpt markers.
Is there a way to do this?
Regards Mal

Mal, the number of waypoints per route is determined by the GPS. My Garmin GPS11+ also is limited to 30 waypoints per route.
Waypoints can be edited / added / deleted by opening up the route editor.

Tony is correct.

In OziExplorer try:
File > Configuration > GPS > GPS Model
Try for example GPSMAP 176 - now you can enter 254 points. Sending the route to your GPS (if you have another model) may be an issue.

Hi Hunjy,
If you just want to highlight a route to follow with the moving map on the Ozi screen use the "track" feature.
Bring up the "track control" from the tool bar.
Then click on the "track" button.
Then click away on the map.
Cheers
Pete
