Always been an "AT" buyer of tyres, BF Goodrich to name the brand. Had many other brands on work vehicles ranging from ToYo to Coopers, however as trips become more adventurous and flats become more frequent I have decided to tolerate the road noise and take the next step. BF Goodrich MT's or Cooper STT's is my short list, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Mick.

Mick,
I have a set of BFG on my Discovery. In outback conditions they are not up to the grade, the gibbers chew out the rear tyres.
For my Cruiser ute I have a set of Michellin XZY's, from Overland travellers these are said to be the standard.
Check out Horizons Unlimited and ask the question. Also see the Geoff Kingsmill site. Google and it wil come up, he travelled through Africa and Russia on XZY's.
Chris
