G'day...Im looking for some advice based on experience. The type of motor is a LC80 GXL with the usual mods, OME2", ARB Bar/Winch, Fridge, sliders-steps, toolbox, etc etc, so its probably weighing a bit more than spec. Rims are 16x8jj's.
lm interested to find out what type of Muddy, GT ,Mongrl, BFG (but dont like there pattern) Maxxis, Silverstone, Pedes, etc that have the best bead bind to the rim at all pressures. Most travel will be over rocks and in mud. Pressures that l would be running are 18psi - 44psi on 33" or 34" tyre.
Thanks in advance
Barn

Hi
Barn,
I got the Maxxis Trepador on my little Blizzard, I have only used them a few times but they seem great so far. Suprisingly not that noisy on the road any more. They have a very aggressive pattern and would suit mud very
well. We have not had rain up here in Brissy since I was a boy so can't say for sure, through mud experience with this tyre but the rough terrain has been handled with ease and no lugs ripped off like some other tyre brand LOL!! They seem good value for money IMO.
Regards, Trevor.
