I need to buy a steel bull bar for my 2006 GUIV. In due course I will be adding
driving lights, a winch and UHF aerial.
I've looked at ARB and TJM but can't really find any difference between them, or any particular advantage.
Can any of you provide some advice based on your experience with these bars on this type of vehicle please?
If there are other bars I should be considering I'd like to hear about those as
well.
Thanks

I have a personal preference for the ARB. I don't think you would be dissapointed with an ARB.
I have smacked a couple of roos with
mine and it stood up very
well. The last roo I hit was simply too big and I was going too fast so the bar got bent. But it did protect the vehicle.
A guy I work with had a prang and bent his TJM bar (and a few other things). He had a bit of a fight to have it replaced with an ARB. But he did fight because he reckons they are that much better.
I can't really comment on the TJM because I have never used one.
That's probably 2c worth.
