Mines a 4wd, with a really good rear LSD and a front Lokka!
Well actually, it's only really a 1wd - only 1 steering wheel!

It'll get it off the jack pretty smartly when the traction control kicks in!

Gotcha Eric,
Thought he was on about locking hubs meaning that many 4WDs are most often onlt 2WDs.
Yes, fully aware of the situation with it gettingdown to 1WD unless you have the appropriate locking hardware.
Cheers
Muddy
PS, how many airbags actually come standard in a caddy???? I see you have lots of extra protection in yours!

You got em thinking on that one , and as usual hiab wouldn't know schitt from clay , I too have had heated discussions with people who think they have a 4wd where in fact it is 2 wd , the family
sedan is 1wd ,
then there comes the clown who thinks the center diff lock turns it into an unstoppable machine, WRONG, If these people were to sit down, do some research , use the
grey matter of which some lacking in great proportions they just might get an inclination of the workings of the machines in which they feel so invinsible in .
It's simple really to think what happens when one gets bogged ,1 wheel at each end will spin and 1 wheel at each end will do stuff all, and as for the center diff lock ,
well that has nothing to do with the way the front or rear diff works, So in order to have a real genuine 4WD one must have front and rear DIFF LOCKS,
The only reason there is a center diff is to eliminate wind up in constant 4WDs,
OK so now there will be some out there that will still be scratching the wooden head and some that will just have pull em selves as usual because it's gone straight over the top,

Now come on Doug, are you telling me i didn't buy a 4wd, let alone a unstoppable machine, even though the marketing guys show i can go anywhere? ;-)
I feel so invincible when activating the centre diff lock when going through areas less than ideal.....so it must work :-)

With all this
Air in Tyres,
Bugs on windscreen,
Mirrors work,
Goes faster forward than reverse,
No Toyota or Patrol products attached,
Right hand drive.
Your machine is truly unstoppable ....lol

Not entirely correct. A 4WD IS delivering power to all four
wheels UNTIL traction is lost.
