G'Day All, We have a friend with a live axle 100 series wanting to do a
suspension upgrade. He is looking at Ironman. I've read the archives and from what I can get the main problem is the nitro shocks. Are the foam cells any better or should he spend the extra on old man emu or the like. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks Troopytrek.

The shocks are a bit of a problem.
Why don't you give Gabriel foam cell shocks. We have had a great run out of them.
I am also impressed with EFS shocks as
well.
We fit alot of
suspension at my workshop and the EFS is impressive in the lower end of the market. If money is not an issue I would put in Koni's.

2 X trips to
Cape York and surrounds from Melb on my Ironman Nitro front and Foam Cell rears and not a single problem.
