Hi ya all!, Does anyone have any hot links for products which may help my father move his camper trailer around when unhitched from the vehicle. Is there any electric products, or otherwise, on the market which are more automated than the ratchet jockey wheels but are not overly room consuming or cumbersome to handle. I have had a brief surf on google without much luck!

They look good but would they handle a bit of soft or even grassy type of ground ??

My wife usually does a good job with ours.
But she is not available for borrowing.
Needs the right supervision :o)
Upkeep can be bit expensive too.

Having tried these, I support Gronk's comment. OK on level, dry, concrete or similar. The problem is traction. All that weight on the main wheels. The power driven jockey wheel. with a small diameter and usually not a deep tread pattern, just tends to lose grip and spin on anything but an ideal surface (where pushing the unit isn't such a big problem anyway.)

Sorry, the unit Warfer is referring to isn't the same as the one's I have experienced. The unit he referred to looks much better.
