I was looking at a couple of these on ebay with a 10inch screen, tv tuner , and the ability to plug in a usb memory stick !!
Now I got to thinking.........could you say have Tom Tom installed on a memory stick and be able to run it on the dvd player ????
Or installed on a DVD and run it on the same player ????
Now that would be a good setup if it could happen !!......run a Tom Tom type program while your driving and then watch a movie when your camped !!!!!
Then have a slide night and show off your pictures as
well !!!
Or am I dreaming ????

The tom tom has a hardware side to it not just software (mapping) ! Its the same as putting magellan software on and expecting it to work on dvd player.....

Why not just stay at
home because you aint got no time to enjoy your camping experience lol
cheers

Software is "information on a disc"
Hardware is the thing (machine) that runs it, or helps it run.
