G'day,
I'm looking for a good set of ROAD tires for my LC75.
i have 2 sets of rims. I've got BFG ATs on my splits and now I want a set of roadies for my other set (not split).
Appreciate any advice.

I got 85,000km out of a set of Dunlop Grandtreks on my 100 series. So I recon they are right up there with the best.

Cooper ATRs! or any other ATR with a good reputation for longevity/milage. Then you're not limited to just bitumen/gravel.

I will second the Cooper ATR as a top road tyre that can also handle gravel roads pretty
well. Very quiet on the road, good in wet weather, and looking like will get 80,000+ kms.

I've used Yokohama AT's for the last two sets and are very happy with their preformance. Only one flat in that time and that was a tec screw.
Run them on the dual axle camper as
well, so I have plenty of spares.

Yokohama Super Diggers ,now on my 3rd set without ever a punture or flat on a 60 sreies L/cruiser, 85000 k`s from last set then kept 2 for extra spares.
They are not often mentioned on this
forum, I don`t know why as they are cheaper than some brands that often are.
cheers,
Scrubcat.
