G'day, I have just got oziexplorer and a Garmin 60 and run natmap with it.
When I load waypoints from ozi to the gps any points further than 160 - 180 kms away from
my home in Mt Gambier won't go to the gps,- screen says no waypoints found.
I am using 250k map.
I have spent the last two days looking in archives, but have not found an answer.
I would be pretty happy if someone could help me out.
Thanks.

Hello - Difficult to determine as there could be several issues. Two that spring to mind are waypoint names and number of waypoints.
Make sure all waypoint names are unique. If any two are the same waypoints wont load past this point in transfer. You can load waypoints with the same name into OziExplorer but I dont think GPS units (of any brand) like it.
And obviously, if your GPS has a limit on the number of waypoints then trying to load more will result in failure.
Cheers
Greg
