HELP ,
I open 1:250,000 mosaic and turn on the moving map feature . It works for a minute , then comes up with a message in the middle of the page , you close the message and it immediately changes the map to the LANDSAT one .
Now your going to say "what was the message " and an intelligent person would be able to tell you ! But I am a dummy and I cannot remember and I cannot turn it on here to find out . Very frustrating .
At least the old Magellan never lets me down .
Cheers ,
Willie .

Go to File/Configuration, and click on the Moving Maps tab.
Untick the "search for more detailed map" box if it is ticked.
Apart from that I cannot help!

Willie
You MUST read the help file.
Your OziExplorer is probably set up to check for other more detailed maps.
In OziEplorer Menu:
Moving Map > Moving Map Control. In the new window untick 4th box "Check for More Detailed Map"
OR for a more permanent solution:
File > Configuration > Moving Map - Untick "Always Check for a More Detailed Map"
You can even set up function keys to do all this and more.
Hope it works.

If it does not work please report back with the message.
Mine often reports "You are a dummy and please remember this message!" (-:
