Love your post, a great read.

Have run dual batteries different sizes for years. Yellow top Optima now 7yrs old and it's the small battery, other is Optima red top.

Cruiser diffs, don't give the cruiser some in reverse or trying to tow someone out in reverse, or likely result, front diff goes boom. Cruiser handbrakes lever is good for hanging your wet clothes on to dry.

Never had any trouble with my detriot lockers, have to be careful feeding the power on in a turn on the black top, have broken axle studs.

One good tip. If you overheat the engine, I mean bad stuff like all the water decided it didn't like being in your engine anymore, leave the thing alone for 8hrs before you touch it, and good chances are no dreaded bubbles rearing there ugly head.

Have a good one
