Hi,
Heading north shortly and wondered how good the road is from
Lightning Ridge to
Emerald. One of my maps shows unmade, tuther made and appears quite good.
Any info. greatly appreciated.

The road from
Lightning Ridge to
Hebel is now fully sealed (has been for a few years) and in reasonably good condition. That is the only section that I can think of that wasn't sealed.
The rest of the way is fully sealed and there is a couple of different ways which you could go as
well.
Cheers Kev

Agree with Kev. Make sure you drop in at the
Hebel pub and have a good look at the various artifacts, including the copper's hat :))))))

Does anyone know if the Cockatoo has been returned to the
Hebel Pub after he was stolen a few years ago?
