Hi Forumites,
I ordered and picked up a DPChip for my Hilux today. Decided to fit it myself, didn't seem too complicated. After all they advertise 24/7 help on their site and on the fitting instructions.
Followed directions, everything seemed fine. Green LED lit up and flashed as per info card, but red LED failed to light up. Took it for drive, no improvement in performance.
Went back, checked instructions. Redid soldered joint per instructions for failed red LED. No different.
Time to ring up. Number not connected. Tried many times.
Emailed DPChip. Hope they check their emails on weekends because I'm annoyed.
They provide 30 day money back, so may have to resort to that.
Frustrated.

I looked at number supplied and realised it was a mobile number. Written per international callers. Not used to this. Got onto someone, connection broke down, now not answering, so still no help.
