Never used Hi Flo but they seem to be around a fair bit. I doubt any well known company will intentionally sell bad injectors rebuilds. They only test the spring pressure, put new nozzles on them and flow test them.Hard to go wrong

"how important is it to replace the glow plugs thanks "

Well they dont bloody like starting with crook plugs. As soon as one goes on the blink ,you replace the lot.

I don't think the glo plugs are that important in the 1HDT as they are never on long enough to get any heat into them anyway....

How much are a set of the injectors from Hi FLO ?

I believe the 1HDT injectors are a 2 stage injector and as they are direct injection they are different again to the 1HZ that has a combustion chamber.

Price is good at $116 each.... I am assuming they come preset out of the box and there is nothing to do to them except plug them in and go.
