Hi to all
Beaudesert Exhaust fitted their Hi flow Mandrel bent exhaust system to my 05 Pajero. They started at the back of the turbo with a 3'' dump pipe into a flex joint then Hi flow cat .From here the system changes down to 2 3/4.The muffler is mandrel bent inside and is 2 3/4 all the way through. The kit is in 5 sections and are bolted together in case you damage a section. If you do they can post out what you need as it is normally in stock or can be re made in minutes .While they fitted my system i had a look around their factory. They have 3 huge computer controlled Mandel bending machine's which look like they would be at home in major vehicle manufacturing plant. This is a very professional business. After driving 500 K's the vehicle has heap's more pick up better pulling power and better fuel economy (if you drive that way). The system is not much noisier than standard inside but deeper outside at idle (poss larger pipe more gas flow) i like it.And i am very happy with this system so i thought i would let you now. This is the best money i have spent to improve power. The system was fitted to give more power when towing my 17ft van.

G'day Markcas.
Is it essentially a 2.75" exhaust from the cat back, or is it muffled toward the rear?
Thanks.
Jeff.

Yes it is 2 3/4 from cat back to tail pipe. The reason the dump pipe is 3'' is because of turbo out let size and a full 3'' system would be a overkill.

Good to hear. Another guy on the Pajeroclub forum (Moser) also had one put in his Pajero and was very happy too.

What was the cost?
