Thanks Terry
I should be in Taipei in the next few weeks and will try fit a visit to them in my plans. They don't seem to have GPS systems on their site but I will ask.
Thanks again.
Regards
Derek.

One of the best dual use GPS on the market is this one in the link. It's not cheap but you will have the best , read the specs and see for yourself,

Thanks Doug
i was hoping not to have to pay this much for the unit.
The Boomerang unit i can buy through the
shop, but if i am not able to navigate tracks in remote areas then it will not be satisfactory(i am waiting on a reply from "where is" about its mapping coverage not sure if the detail will be as good as the Garmin?) , the marine part would just save me taking the hand held unit(which is a Garmin GPS72 i don't think this has any mapping capability) which i just use to mark fishing spots, it would be great to have the marine mapping as u are able to go straight to the grounds that are most suited to the fish u are trying to catch the sound around(just cheating).
