Have joined the 4WD out of adelaide site but haven't come across the south aussie list. I have posted a question of that web site but I'm not sure if your say there is a list on that site or not. Need more info

Hi Paul
The best freebies are in a Boiling Billy Publication available from the shop for 13.95, so after one nights stay the rest are free

We have the one for Victoria and it is great, will be adding the rest of the collection.

Just about anywhere in SA. You may camp up to 50 metres either side of a road providing ofcourse there isn't a farm fence in the way. There are heaps of coastal campsites. Also, there is a free campsite opposite every ferry crossing of the Murray in SA. Some have facilities. Just follow your nose in SA en enjoy our lovely state.Cheers, Willem

Willem,

You mention there are heaps of coastal campsites, I know there some along the coorong but not sure of any others. I would be interested in other site on the coast but I don't know of any, as we are new to the 4WD arena. Your assistance would be appreciated

Cheers

www.campsaustraliawide.com is a great book. Don't know if it is available at explororoz book shop (att David?) everyone who travells the roads should have one. You will save the cost of it in a couple of weeks travelling.
