Hi guys
Heading off to our adventure to
Innamincka tomorrow morning. Leaving about 3.00 a.m. from
Adelaide to get a big day's travel out the way before the kiddies wake up and have had enough!
In company of another family, both of us have 2 kids 3 or below, towing camper trailers,
mine with the TD Jackaroo (just added gas injection) and Iain's 3.0 N/a Hilux (yes he's a bit worried about keeping up!).
Plan is to spend a few days getting there, spend 3 or 4 days camping/fishing/sightseeing/cooking (and experimenting)/eating and drinking! and will definitely be trying the pub roast one night. Then we'll take our time returning home via a different route, maybe western NSW, arriving home 2 weeks after leaving.
Will write a short trip report soon after.
