Will, most of the larger accessory stores (ARB, TJM etc etc) can supply either steel or alloy racks to suit the Jack.

Will.. I went down this road about 6 months ago and TJM etc tried to rip me off plenty ( 600- 700 bucks off memory). The answer was to look in the trading post and buy one in there (alluminum) for $100. It was off a F250 so I got out the angle grinder, cut it to size then got a Welding Business to join it all up for me. Cost me $50 for that. Got Rhino racks and together they all go together perfectly and a lot less than original GMH gear. It now takes me about 10mins to put them on or off with the help of the she devil ( only joking). I wouldn't get steel racks because of the weight/ rust factor.

Will, I use a full length aluminium roof rack made by endee metals in Bayswater. I bought
mine through the Quokka for $400, it is in greatcondition and is light enough for one to carry, however you need 2 yo remove.Brackets are easy to fit yourself ( why pay $100 plus for someone else to do it ).
Takes 5 minutes to remove (12 bolts) and is serving me
well.

Hi Will there are pre-drilled taped holes in the roof and dont worry about the aerodynamics to much I have a roof top tent on my Jack and the fuel changes about 1l per 100k's.

I always try to avoid using a roofrack.... incredible how much extra fuel is used with even an empty one on board. Pay careful attention to the aerodynamics.Royce www.funshow.com.au

Firstly, what do you want to carry? Obviously aerodynamics is important, however safety is more important, and if you are concerned with aerodynamics find the roof rack which is easiest to take off altogether = best aerodynamics.
