MIO 168 advise please

Thanks Greg. I just had another look and $500 is probably closer to the mark for replacement.
I have already bought a Garmin Nuvi 660 as a repacement and was just thinking of putting it in SWIMBO's car if economical. The garmin is much easier to use as a street navigator than the previous one.

Wouldn't CoPilot be running from an SD card inserted in your Mio?

If so, you will be able to insert the SD Card into another PDA and it should go through the installation procedure. Only the barest amount of the application is loaded to the PDA's memory, the rest staying on the SD card.

That's how my purchased copy of CoPilot came anyway.

Yep, mines on a sd card but with all the bit about activation etc and different hardware I thought there may be difficulty. I suppose I'll find out onr day.
