Hi industry gurus,
I'm interested in learning more about automotive lpg systems, diesel lpg injection particularly. Ideally I'd like to do some formal training in autogas installation and maintenance.
Tried abit of Googling and an enquiry to Qld TAFE but no response to date. Does anyone know where to go for such training courses in SE Qld and what the requirements are.
I'm aware that the gas industry in a lot like the electrical trade in Australia - very much the old "closed shop" where only apprenticeship-trained tradespersons are welcome, regardless of your other qualifications or experience, but I'd like to see if I can get a foot in somewhere.
Thanks,
Ian

Hi Ian,
I did my training at the Mt Gravatt TAFE but I think you have to be trade qualified to attend.
Cheers Allan
