camper tops

Hi,
Firstly I would like to say, you get what you pay for and watch out for chinese crap.
Also figure out what YOU want from a camper setup and then go looking for those qualities.
Most manufacturers will build to your specs but check their run of the mill camper tops so you can see the quality. Best to do in person as web sites and brocures may not look so good, but the product in person is exeptional. (thats what we found)

Maybe a little different to what you are looking for but I just helped put our Roof Topper on a trailer I purchased weekend prior to last. We picked both items up second hand . We have spent quite a few weekends away with the Roof Topper on the car and were very comfortable, however just spent the last long weekend in the Flinders Ranges with it sitting on the trailer and it worked a treat more available space in the car now due to trailer and didn't have to pack up to do the 4wd tracks had we left the roof topper on the car. We do have the choice of car or trailer as it is not a permanent fixture on the trailer. Oh roof topper was made by Aussie Traveller - as I said picked it up out of classifieds about 12 months ago good bargain

I used an OZtrail 9 camper top when putting together my own C/t. Just done
the outback thing, 13000k with 4 adults & had no problems with it. Quick to erect,
tedious pegging down not required, plenty of windows, fully screened. Sure its Chinese but if you can justify paying triple for something used only occasionally
then go for it.....oldbaz.
