I am thinking of using this track later in the year. Can any of you knowledgeable folks enlighten me as to using the Bulloo River track as a possible route between Camerons Corner and
Thargomindah. Not towing and will be in the Patrol.

Quite a scenic route through an escarpment. A couple of gates on the way.
When we did it a few years ago it had deep bulldust but we got through with trailers.
Going by recent rains out west, maybe bulldust will not be problem.

Thanks for the reply Alan. Suspected it would be like that from the maps.

Hi BB - we went that way last July. Patrol towing a wind-up Camper (Coromal).
Good sand/gravel road - didn't even use 4wd.
One section near Tickalara was rocky, but nothing to cause concern.
Recent rains could change road conditions - check with Bulloo Downs perhaps..

Thanks for the reply Keith. I dont often ask advice here as all too often fair questions get idiot replies. we tried to get to camerons corner in May but the rain beat us.
