I remember seeing specific instructions somewhere for loading Tracks4Australia mapping on a Garmin C510 - but I can't find them now. As I remember It was not done through mapsource but by copying a file into an SD card.
Does anyone have the instructions?

After you have the maps installed on the PC open Mapsource, select the set of Mapsource ie the whole of Australia, then switch over to Tracks4Australia and select whole of Australia, DO NOT select Contour lines if you don't need them, if you do want some just select the area you will be travelling, then upload all the selected map sections at once but allow mapsource to install into the 256MB Internal Memory , and allow the T4A to go onto the SD memory card, I don't know what you have on your card but I find with the Nuvi 660 that it is best to have a 2GB SD Card for room to have photo's, MP3s and T4A .

The reason I say not to install the contours is that they alone use 594MB of space
