Hi revkev.
I have a similiar pajero(manual). I installed a dtronic unit which gives max torque of 430nm at approx2000/2200rpm & increases kw to 139 at about3800rpm.
Easy to install.
The unit just plugs into the factory ecu & is a sealed unit.
There have been a few posts on the forum regarding different makes of chips so I guess you will receive some negative replies about this unit.
Regards.
Vince

Hi revkev,

I own a Nissan Patrol 3ltr. diesel and put a "Diesel Power" chip in. The difference with this chip is that it is put in after the ECU and not before. So far I am really happy with it the engine runs much easier and I have a lot more power, without using more fuel. If you want to have a look, here is the web-address: Site Link

Giggi

Like Giggi, I have a 'Diesel Power' chip in my Hilux. Dyno for before and after is in my rig prifile.
Between the chip and a Beaudesert mandrel exhaust, it is a different vehicle.
