Just did the Plenty Hwy - great condition for the most part i thought. Cut off at Mt Riddock on the 4X4 track and a bit of
bush camping. Terrific days but cold nights. If anybody finds a Bridgestone 6" A/t its
mine. It has the Exploroz sticker on it. Fell off the back of my camper on Wed afternoon, bracket and all. Backtracked the 50ks or so but no luck. 'The fossikers are quick!! Since then ammazed at the number of people who know of this happening!!! Going shopping in AS for a rim & tyre tomorrow. Luckily no dramas in the bush without a spare. Apart from that Warreweena here I come - in one pice I hope. I sheared the bolts off my stone guard and that is another job at the moment. Hope to be out of Alice by Tuesday morning heading somewhere west. Nice to be out here reading the
Forum rather than at my desk pretending to be working.

just had a moments silence for yet another tyre!! Plenty Hwy got its not not from plenty of scenery but plenty of tyres !!!
Ill put 50c on it on ebay!!

G'day Hairy,
I figured it was between the turnoff from Plenty Hway on the
Cattlewater pass - the first 15ks or so. I stopped at the turn off to drop my tyre pressure & although I did not look walked behind the camper & am sure I would have noticed. Camped about 15ks in. Pleased to say that I picked ip a rim and preloved tyre in AS for $80. Thought I was in it for a few $100.
