Now it's a dry old country out there until I start travelling. Just as I am about to leave I'm checking the weather etc and right on cue...rain ! The Winton Boulia road is closed but the Isa road is open...oh great, a 2-3 day detour.
As if the cold wasn't enough...

Don't forget your winter woolies footy.

The "mystery Guest" will probably feel at home (probably warm for him)
It's even still raining up here.

I'll give you a call when you are on the move.

Hey Footloose - I got caught out as well, had to detour around via Mt Isa. Got stuck behind a few caravans and then those great big rigs which slowed me down. Peeeded off at the time but still enjoyed the NT side which remained pretty dry. The Plenty Hway is in good shape

Gidday Footloose

Just a manner of speach. I haven't been able to get away for the first time in six years. Therefore, my disposition is not the best at the moment. I'm sitting down here in the Village freezing my ....off, and receiving no smythathy what so ever!

Have a good trip and don't worry about the extra 2-3 days.

Regards

Kim

Me!

Geoff,

Grey hair is hereditary, you get it from children. Baldness is caused by watching the Wallabies.
