Thanks for the response to the ealier post.

1. Spoke to Kaymar. They'll have a rear bar out in the first quarter of 2008.
2. Try as I might, I could'nt find any manufacturer who offers side rails and steel steps compatable with an ARB Bull Bar.

Regards

Kim

PS Once the van is sold, I'll have the OME suspension and front diff lock installed.

If you are talking about side bars which run fro ARB bull bar into the side steps,
I am pretty sure ATS do them for the cruisers, so can do one for Prado as well. It's just not many people want them for the Prados....

Yes. Who are ATS?

I received the same comment from ARB HO which surprised me, given the 120 has been out for four years.

Many thanks

Kim,

You need to talk to Darren from ATS in Geelong. He is frequent on LCOOL
forums. Give him a call after 9th of July as he is doing CSR at the moment...

Kim,
You may find that once your suspension is lifted, then you no longer have to worry about the rear bumper being ripped off, or the sidesteps being bent. Both add a lot of weight. Were you planning on putting carriers on the rear bar?

Phil

I aways remove the side steps that come with the Prado. Their very weak and not worth having.

The plastic panels on the Prado are prone to damage, particularly the rear. The lift may help some what, but I'm going to put on a steel rear bar as soon as kaymar makes it available.

Have'nt made up my mind about a carrier yet. It's a worth while option to consider as I'm finding it increasingly difficult to lift the second spare on to the roof rack.
