Hi Signman, I go to Topics, click on weather and then click on the state that I want, don't know why you would be stuck on NSW though.
Cheers

The sytsem defaults to
forum tab weather to your state. Of you enter the weather system using either the menu Topics - Weather or go to any of the detailed forecasts using the
forum tab option you can then click on the weather map to change the state so click on WA and you will get all the WA stations. I will add a state list to the
forum tab to allow you to enter the weather system via state also. This will happen next week.

Thanks David- and the others who responded.
This info (and the road info) will be very useful when doing the VKS737 scheds. (if you don't mind).
David.

David,
No problems would only ask that any updates you may get could be updated in our roads systems. We can enable VKS operators to have update access to the reports or we would be happy to receive email or feedback based updates. The compilation of the reports is huge task and every bit if feedback and assistance helps the cause.

David,
I have now added the state links to the
Forum tab for the weather. So now you will see your state capital city, links to other states and also details regional forecast links for your state.

well- that's me.
The state tabs will make it heaps easier.
Have a good one over there. I'm off to
Cape York in 9 sleeps.

No problems have now added some colour for max/min etc and also added the Now temps for the capital cites in the tab. Enjoy your trip, I am stuck in the bad weather in
Perth. We were going to the SA members event but have just had to cancel due to staff and other business issues - bugger....

I went to the horses mouth at www.bom.gov.au and bookmarked synoptic, observations,
perth weather forecast, radar, small boat forecast and sattelite. You can go to any state from within any of the pages. You can even go to the middle of the indian ocean to whats coming up.

If you wish some speculation on rainfall ahead a bit you can go to wxmaps.org/pix/prec7.html for the 14 day, but the top map is more like it.
With Elders mentioned above, you can get good rainfall maps, radar for state wide or national and even drill down to a part of a State from a location. Put in your local weather, then look for the link to 28 day rainfall, then from that screen the suggested likely 12 month rainfall outlook. That all changes of course as they see the leaves in the bottom of the tea cup......
