I think the answer should be "yes". Perhaps there is some
places on the GRR that do not sell ULP, but I haven't noticed them - but the question tends to indicate little appreciation of what the GRR is and where you can buy fuel there, which makes me wonder whether you shouldn't get a bit more advice first.
Whether you can get enough ULP will depend on what side-tracks you plan on doing (eg. Mornington,
Kalumburu, etc.) and what capacity and economy it has.

I travelled it first in about 2002 and there was no 'petrol' available to buy in commercial quantities then, I remember because I was asked to advise the RACWA in
Derby that a couple had run out of 'petrol' because of a stone through the side of the fuel tank.
They were just stopped on the side of the road and had no way of fixing the hole even if they had spare fuel.
I stopped at the "roadhouse" and was informed they only sold diesel (2002) just another gr8 reason to drive a diesel.
The recent Le Mans 24 hour race was won by a diesel powered race car, I believe 2nd place was also a diesel powered race car, does it spell the end of the red Ferrari ?
