G'day, Desert Coolers in Melbourne makes them, but I can not recommend them. Had one made for a GQ a few years ago, 12 months later it was stuffed and had to be thrown away. By then I didn't own the GQ, so didn't worry about warranty etc.I do have a friend that makes them, but they are pricey. Are you in Melbourne? John

Not sure of your predicament but just wondering why you after a custom one. Is it running a turbo presuming diesel or petrol V6 ?? Presume you have checked the usual stuff, thermostat, clutch coupling on fan (common fault) ?? Regards Steve M

My next door neighbour from 2 years ago owns Motor Radiators, 15-19 Halifax St, Adelaide (08)8231 6256. He was always telling me of some of the costom jobs they were doing, and he had a fair bit of experience in sorting out 4wds that were overheating. Worth a call. His name is Trevor.

Ask Roachie, ( member ) I not 100% sure but I think he got one from a V8 supercar, for his Patrol, and that was b4 he went to a Chev v8 Diesel, which he put it into as well.

Cheers
