Hi
I have to buy a new set of all terrain tyres for the wagon soon and wondered if anybody has had experiece - good or bad - with this brand?
When I am off the bitumen it could be sand, rock or anything other surface to contend with so I can't be more specific than that - I'm after general experience and perhaps how they compare with Duelers-D689:265/70R16
Happy days

goodday george
i have used hankook for several years on my 4bs but had to change brands this time as there new a/ts were only about 30/70 where the older ones were closer to a 40/60 off road ie the new at tyres were not aggressive enough

I had Z36s & found them suspect in the sidewalls.

i had some hankook lt on a 2wd ute...they failed miserably outback. the tyre fitter that replaced them told me they had great sticky grip in the city due to their softness , but their softness tended to see them blow and just just generally cut up real bad due to the sharp stones encountered when you pull over to the side for a truck on a narrow road. that was ten yr ago . perhaps they have changed, or perhaps their 4wd tyres are of a tougher compound
