Hi All,
I am travelling to Oz from Europe on July 20th, would like to drive the Gunbarrel departing from
Wiluna approx. July 30th, and The Anne Beadell departing from Lavereton approx. August 5th (or Connie Sue + Anne Beadell departing from
Warburton on the same date).
I travel on my own and look for travel mates for these trips, which I would not attempt to do solo.
Anybody interested (I am flexible with dates and itineraries).
Cheers
Eric

Hi Eric,
Just wondering how prepared you would be? Do you have a vehicle?
From what I've read the Gunbarrel and the Anne Beadell are pretty tough tracks
I'm actually thinking of doing the
Gibb River Road and the Kimberleys about the same time, but am open to suggestion.
Regards, Will.

Hi Will,
I am the 4th time in a row in Oz, had some experience the last years (20.000 k offroad : WA incl. GRR,
Cape Leveque,
Pilbara, GCR,
Cape York, Gulf road, etc..).
I rent a
well serviced troopy with roof tent from a little company from
Adelaide. I have all the safety and communication gear incl. satphone, radio, EPIRB, GPS, tools, two spares and reapair kit, basic spares for the car, full recoverfy gear (winch, straps, high lift, shovel, axe, compressor,etc..), all maps,
camping gear, carry of course lots of
water and food.
I am not the most experienced traveller, but not the less experienced as
well.
Cheers.
Eric
