Don't hit return in the topic plane or u miss out on putting in the question!

Anyway, I've just inherited on old PHILLIPS FM320 UHF radio and it works just fine, it has auto squelch, mute options, a reset ch to 30 or 40 switch and on the handset a ch up/down buttons but does anyone know if all this means it has auto duplex? Also can it be set, when power turned on, to start at a preferred ch?

Better still does anyone have an old manual?

Any info or ideas would be appreciated as I'm a tight arse and the bank still owns the bottom 5th of the Hilux.

I can't test the duplex as I'm @250K's from the nearest repeater.

cheers, later.

How's it goin' Slammin.
Like you I have inherited a used Phillips FM320 UHF radio and want to be able to operate the rig to its full potential. If anyone has access to an original or copied manual, I'd be most gracious. Have searched the net till my eyes bled, but to no avail. I gather Phillips Radio does not exist as a manufacturer anymore? Any info gladly appreciated.

Cheers, Howard
