Two weeks ago the track was Ok from
Wiluna to
Well 6 though there may have been some rain since then. I spoke to a couple of old fellas in
Wiluna they did it from
Halls Creek in a Triton in 9 days. The track has been pretty busy recently. I think if there was any dramas we would have heard on here by now.

Hi Dav
We leave
Wiluna around the 24th heading north on the CSR - two Patrols and one Disco. We may see you on the track.

Was on the canning 5 weeks back heading north tho. Wells one to nine were closed due to rain and opened a week later. We came on at nine and headed north. Great drive thru to 23. Corrugations were still bad the last hundred km to
well 33 and at least the last 40 coming south to 33. Don't know what effect the big rains that shut the Tanami a few weeks had tho, particularly at that northern end (Billiluna to 50 and down to 47). Will be catching up with friends next week who have just come in from 50 south down to 24 although I reckon there will be someone on the
forum who will know conditions in more detail. Cheers. Mick
