I'm having trouble sourcing an adjustable tow ball mount, have a genuine tow bar fitted(40mm) and need more height on my towball, any suggestions?

Try Hayman Reese, they have an excellent weight distribution kit that enables you
to adjust the ball height to suit caravan/trailer etc. I'am not sure if it is available in 40 mm though.

Gday jika whist the hayman reese is the best set up a cheaper option is available thru ARB stores for around $80.00 dollars which gave 3 hieght adjustments
perfect for my situation which was to lower ball hieght due to lift kit fitted
