If you read any of my earlier posts you would remember the problems I was having with economy and heating issues with my 100 series. In the end after lots of work on the cooling system I was recomended to get it tuned by a diesel expert. I did this the other day, got heaps more power out of it and maybe a little bit more economy but the guy thought everything was A O.K. So I am not sure if cooling issue has been fixed ( winter time never an issue ). He recommended a bigger straight through exhaust and taking the constant 4wd off. I have read posts from others about this but just wondering how much gain I would get and rough prices.

After market turbo's usually push a lot harder than the factory fitted turbo's. Hence they generate more heat. I suggest you drop Roachie ( member ) an email.
He had a similar with a bigger turbo on his patrol,,
As far as the economy goes ,, I recomend putting your beast on a dyno, and see what they can do for you ,,,,
Cost me approx $140 3 years back and our Navara has never looked back, goes like buggery too !
