Have updated to a 100 series turbo diesel.
Very pleased with myself although I agonised over the compromises, old vehicle was turbo diesel multivalve...
Two questions if I may...
I have a uniden remote head uhf cb which I have located under the driver's
seat - where is the easiest source of switched 12volts i.e. on when the ignition is switched to accessory, and how do I get to it?
How do I get access to the space under the auto transmission lever?

seat, a friend of
mine drowned his in a
river crossing gone wrong!

For access to the tunnel you will find the small
well beside the gear lever pulls out. You need to wiggle and squeeze it. There is a
seat belt indicator switch under the
seat you could probably pick a power source up from. Mind you for electrical work I am not a great source of knowledge.
