Hey gang am looking at doing a little extra to help stop my car rusting away..
I have a 2003 nissan patrol just bought and want to spray something on the underside to stop rust. its been proofed but a little more wont go astray. can anybody give me some clues on best products to use. Was thinking of mixing diesel, crc and fishoil or lanotect and spraying with a spray gun. any info welcome
thanks heaps
Mick

The aerosol fishoil from Go-Lo works
well and is cheap......Lanotec is more expensive and works
well, Ive yet to see a rusty fish or sheep.....

recommend fisolene or lanotec but you need to respray every couple of years - tectel is also very good but it stinks for months

Don't drive in salt

Paint or spray the underside with that noise dampening tar paint (cant remember the brand name) same as is in your wheel arches.
