Yengo National Park Trek

Hi All,

I am currently updating the Yengo National Park trek note and I am after some information to create new driving notes and keep this trek alive.

Now some of you may know that access to the Yengo NP via the Mt Simpson track (from George Downes Drive) takes you through private property. This track has been closed to the public for some time now, mainly due to liability issues and locked gates are being put in place. This makes access to Devils Rock a longer trek, but none-the-less enjoyable.

The only access to Yengo NP should be via the council maintained road called Yango Creek Road (South of Laguna) and is on the LHS about 10 or so kilometres north of the Mt Simpson track turn-off (clearly marked).

Has anyone driven this trek note recently as described above (minus the restricted areas) and has details or other information that can help correct and better this trek note. If anyone has Plot files, Waypoint files, driving notes, photos and other types of information would be fantastic.
