Just to say thanks to all the helpful blokes who gave their time to suggest ways to remove a stuffed cylinder head stud in the mighty Pajero, it eventually succumed to the effects of the new Dremel with its 30mm fibreglass cutoff
wheels, this machine is an awesome addition to your toolbox & seems like what you cant do with it, isnt worth doing! it sliced thru the High Tensile steel 10mm Allen key headbolt in 20mins without any problem at all, spinning at 33,000RPM. Check them out online if your curious about them, at mytoolstore.com.au which i found to be cheaper than the shops in my area. Again, thanks fellas for your help. Earwig.

FYI Triton (of the workbench fame) make a similar machine, comes in a neat toolbox with flexi attachement, stand etc. etc. + loads of attachements, around $130 from Bunnings. Has three collet sizes so can fit all the dremel aftermarket bits also FYI.
