Hi time waster, I'm no expert, don't know where the unit is located in a hilux,in my LC tray it is a black box approx 120mm x 120mm attached to the L/H guard in the engine bay has a loom coming out of it that goes across to the side of the engine and into the fire wall.I think it has something to do with the fuel management ???

Cairns I spoke to a tech at Austek who was very helpfull and showed me where to put the supressors didn't actually go into details about what the black box did,only said that it would make an improvement, so far test at home it appears that the noise has gone ????
When I get a chance I will test further out of town. My mate has a NGT in his Stnd 100 series LC and when I
