Evening all. Watching Russell Coight, has been on before but he's always good for laugh.
Whenever we go camping Mark will always deliberately do something Russell Coight stupid to get me laughing.
Got me thinking though... are any of you Russell Coights in your own right or done something worthy enough to be marked as a long lost brother of Coight?

Cheers
Jo

Dunno but we in YP Club have been calling Roachie by the name of "Russell" for so long that he willingly answers to it!

The tag fits!!!

Trendsetterssssssssss!

I bet you guys and gals were not aware that Roachie was known as and answered to the name 'russell' whilst stationed in the Bank at YASS, NSW, prior to decamping to Kadina where he was a virtual unknown.

Yep! good old Roachie was named after the one and only infamous Russell Coight.

Actually he was known as such all around the district as 'russell' for his 4WD incompetence and legendary muck ups.

Dare you to deny it Roachie, cause if you do I'll hunt down every one of the Banks staff that served with you there and get an on camera vid clip statement from them and post it.

ROFLMAO x 100 x another 100

PS

Thanks Mr & Mrs Muddie for reminding me of this little gem.

There were 3 of us blokes there at Yass branch and we all had nicknames. Mine was Russell Coight.....but only cos I can boot-scoot really ace and also cos I wear a "G-banger" when I go bush (saves washing jocks and stuff, after all). The other 2 blokes I worked with were "Troy Dann" and "Wayne Kerr"......

Ahhhh, those were the days

Well, well well..............boy can't wait for the Qlders to comment on that seeing they were close to the Roach camp at W and now knowing that Roachie was sneeking around camp flogging things.

At the mere mention of that post Roachie........the mind boggles here, knowing that from now on when we go away with you on club gatherings, you'll be wearing a "g" while out bush!!!

Muddies.... what can I say,We were informed of this when we set up camp and as we had a 4yr old child in our group we had no choice but to set a tarp up over our camper to try and block out that section of the camp grounds. I don't think anyone should be subjected to such horrendous life changing experiences at such a young age not to mention the cost of a lifetime of therapy. What a scary site Roachie climbing out of the ultimate for a morning stretch after a night of flossing.....BAAARRRRFFFF.
Roachie real men don't floss????????
My heart goes out to Mrs Roachie and your fellow members of YP4WD club you have stomachs of cast iron.
Lucy you need to keep an eye out because it is G strings now but what does the future hold, have any of the other members wife's noticed any other items of clothing going missing on recent trips.......Keep your guard up and keep use all informed.......

Why do you think I reside 1,000kms from you know who.

He hasn't tried to declare it a mandatory part of the club uniform yet, however as he has just been re-elected President for 2 years, who knows what might be next on the agenda so to speak.

My SWMBO reckons I would look ridiculous in a nipple pink 'wild weasel -G' and to get the idea out of my head this instant. (LOL)

All club activities between the very well respected Riverland 4WD Club and that mob from Yorke Peninsular are officially cancelled. The idea of the members wearing Boratkini's as part of their official club uniform is just too disgusting to comprehend. The idea of communicating via this forum is even very risky.

If you don't mind..........you pack of lay-abouts!!!!!!

All of my "G"s are made of fine, soft leather and come exclusively from RM Williams. I would not be seen dead in a lime green jobbie!!!! How dare you!!!!???

However, as for Lucky, I cannot vouch one way or the other. I have heard on the grapevine (and verily believe) that he has been known to swing both ways from time to time. Indeed, seeing him on KI, "going commando" was (unfortunately) a scene that has been etched into my brain for all eternity. I would not wish it upon my worst enemy. Dried flower arrangement indeed; but I don't understand why he has 2 shrivelled-up pickled onions hanging on display as well. Could anybody enlighten me? ;-))

Hot Dog!

Leave this place for 24 hrs and come back to the greatest defamatory, libellous pile of cods-wallop ever.

Gotta right the wrongs as usual:

(1) Ms M-Doe only knows this because Mr M-Doe saw moi' in the full 'commando suit' just after midnight battoning down the hatches so to speak in a strong (gale force) wind that had sprung up.

He (Mr Doe) apprently had to take a pit stop from the 'love den' and had forgotten to put on those extra strong and thick spectacles that he requires to see the real world, and what he mistakenly observed (in his mind anyway) as a dried flower arrangement, was in fact the fruit of the garden of eden - Bananna giaganticus plus two cantalopes.

Next day once the Eves' of the camp heard about this, they were begging for an en-core.

Had to tell them - In your dreams ladies, In your dreams

(2) BONZ, BONZ, BONZ - This is a family oriented forum and you go and use the 'C' word - yep! the dreaded 'commando'

This will only excite and inflame those northern cane toads to use the 'F' word again - yep! 'fetish'

Shame! Shame! Shame! on you sir.

(3) Roachie, you really need to attend a few more coctail parties to be able to define the difference between cantalopes and pickle onions

(4) BONZ , after that effort I really expect you to disappear soon and hide your self in shame.

(5) Des Lexic, I am with you a 100% on this one.

(6) Forum-ites, the above aspersions have resulted in my SWMBO accompanying me everywhere I go and insisting that she selects my attire before I get dressed in the morning, and then watching me to ensure I don't change anything without her knowledge and authorisation.

I say! what a place this is. (ROFLMAO)

(7) Roscoe, think yourself lucky living 1,500-2,000kms from that dubious lot.

Have a good week everyone

fruit of the garden of eden - Bananna giaganticus plus two cantalopes. hmmmmm more like lady finger and couple of dried passionfruit. I do agree with Ross that before heading north, compliance with disposal of your fruit at the check point, is a must. We of the north do not need any commando style northern exposure no MATTER what the arrangements are lol.

Hopefully we can leave this disposal to the ladies.

Hi Lucy

Not only have you a problem with your arrangment (size and discription of it) you also need to read the posts better.
Boonz made references to yor arrangement not I nor Muddy.

see below post in this thread........
Bonz (Vic) posted:

And you could nomibate for Best Dried Arrangement........

What my questions to you would be what were you doing sneaking around the love den (aka "love shack" as we effectionately call it) and what were you doing watching Muddy doing his biz, were you infact sneeking a peek at other more younger arrangements?
But more importantly how close are you and the BONZA?????????? as he referred to your arrangement....not me!

As pauline would say.........please explain!

Ah! Pauline (Aka Ms Doe) wondered where you go to post politics.

Yep! you are correct in one of your observations - that re Bonz - being first cab of the rank with 'flora arrangements'.

However then Muddy chips in with the Oh! yeah, should have been on Kangaroo Island thing and I thought - damn that was him taking a pit stop that saw whilst securing my rig (so to speak)

As for sneaking around the 'love den - aka Love shack' , well thas a place angels fear to tread let alone moi'.

Bonz is approx. 500km closer to me than you pair (LOL)

Muddy,
Your punishment for being sooooo disrespectful to your esteemed el presidente is that you are going to have to get my NewVee8 (aka Nuvi 660) tuned up to the same specs as yours. AND: you have to keep trying to train me until I'm as competent at using said NewVee8 as you are!!!

(there.....that should be a "life sentence" given my rather limited techo abilities).
