alchol rules, roads & fishing

Hi all

Finally in Cairns leaving for the Cape tomorrow. Just wanted to know where is the alcohol cut off so we dont have to give whats left away is it the Jardine? Also how are the roads OT and Development road. Also do we need permits for fishing. Any info would be helpful. One more thing our slide on height is 3 metres will this be fine on the Old Telegraph Track.
