Hi all,

I had a feedback some months ago asking to have a Prev & Next button in the Thread View page that would using your preferences take you to the next of previous thread. So you could say go to the last thread you read on say page two and hit Next, Next, Next to get to the first most current thread.

Do you think this is a good idea, would you use it?

Interested also in which direction the Next, prev should go if you open up the lastest thread would the button say Next or Prev to go to the second thread? When you page it is Next to page two however if it Next to the latest or Previous to the latest? Does it matter?

David ,
What about "Preceding Post" and "Following Post".
I would use it I think , especially if the post heading was previewed there ( but that might take up too much room ) .

Hey Willie,
Told you I was going to install the option - have a look at the bottom of the island ad placement and check the little box. It is only in the view at present as this is the page I promissied earlier.

Wille,

Also I could have the hover text of the button tell you the topic so when you mouse over the buttons you could see the Topic.

Dave,
I wouldn't use it.
I'm not one that scans all threads, but that's just me others probably would though, sounds like a good idea for those that do.
If you do put that function in it's no skin off the noses of those who wouldn't use it as we can just keep doing what we're doing :)

Have also noticed you can now check out the news and sport on EO now, now theres no need to leave the computer lol

Keep up the good work on the site

Cheers Luke

Hey Dave

I don't seem to have a lot of members rights, EG: rig and profile, I can't suppress the add, members gallery, you know the little things.

I am a paid up member and a paid up advertiser just wondering.

Cheers Steve.
