It is on in November so there is heaps of time to plan for it.

Yeah, it's an easy 4 hour trip from
Brisbane, the road from
Dalby to Moonie does a
suspension check for you as
well as near Moonie the road has some subsidance due to the bottomless soil in the area.
I can remember travelling along there when it was still a dirt road back in the early 80's. It made for a great trip from
St George to
Dalby in the wet let me tell you.

PS Tara had their camel races last weekend which would have been another good weekend away.
