Hi there
I have a 2002 model D22 Navara tray top (3l td) that I would like to do a bit of touring with. I love this car but it has about 160000km on the clock and I don't think the previous owner loved it as much as me as it has been knocked around a bit.
Any tips you guys could give me as far as a bit of a Birthday before travelling long distances in remote areas goes would be greatly appreciated.

Change Oil every 5000km regardeless of position and filter every 10,000km. Block the EGR system and buy a set of boost and EGT gauges to keep an eye on what the ZD30 is doing.
With this it should be good as every other diesel.
