I have seen somebody drive around in Browns Plains (QLD) fixing computer problems. Does anybody here have a ph number?
My e-mail is broken and I tried to fix it by re-installing it but I think I'm making a mess of it. Half knowing what you're doing is dangerous and I rather get somebody who knows a bit more :-)

cheers
Reiner

G'day Reiner,

Try Brian Fox of Badfox Technologies on 0409 260 096.
Last time I used him he was in Browns Plains.
Down to earth, knowledgable, and good value.

Good luck,
Dave.

Reiner, don't worry about your computer. Pack it in and comeout here to Bdv and sit and enjoy the weather. Got here a week ago and it's wonderful. Ruth and Ian.

If u r using Outlook express go to control panel/add remove programs add/ remove windows components Scroll down and untick Outlook express get out of it
Go back in and retick it
Before you do all that if outlook express is still sort of working u can export your address book to a folder on a drive Otherwise you will lose it.
Is that the problem or do you just have no internet connectioon for it.
If thats whats wrong Open it go up to tools/accounts/ properties and reset the settings from each heading across the top of the box. If you are not sure how to do it ring the help desk of your ISP thats what they are for.
It also helps to say EXACTLY what you have done, the program you reinstalled and what it was doing before you did what u did. Otherwise its a bit like doing brain surgery in the dark and gives similar results

Thanks Hillbilly, my e-mail is in Outlook not Outlook express and I did remove Outlook and re-installed it but for some reason it still won't open. I should get it fixed tomorrow.
Thanks again.

cheers
